Karyn Bournival has been with MMHSS since 2016, where she has held several pivotal roles such as Finance Director and Interim Executive Director. In her current position as Operations Director, Karyn has managed the expansion of operational capabilities to support and enhance the rapidly growing range of services offered by MMHSS.

Karyn brings over 30 years of diverse expertise to our organization, encompassing retail management, construction project management, housing development, and business management.  Her current endeavors include business ownership and holding a real estate broker’s license. Karyn is motivated by the daily transformative impact that is changing lives through our team’s hard work and  dedication, fueling her commitment to strategic planning that ensures MMHSS’s future success.

Outside of work, Karyn enjoys day trips, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family.
